Need changes on Mobile Site

i have a mobile site in .psd format and fully coded in html.

But now i need following changes on it:

- background color
- footer/header
- again coding in html (maybe you can use the original fully coded html file from first time!)

Its 1 mobile site.

Who is interested in it and how much would it be?
