I know there are a lot of non-US based members here and I saw that Jon is going to have the contest winners sign a NDA.
That made me wonder how enforeable an NDA is with someone from another country. Maybe Jon can chime in on this because I'm sure he has looked into it. With all the outsourcing to India, I'm sure there has to be some level of security there.
