I dunno I took another look and the set up isn't that dangerous. The only issue is the concrete under the center, where the kid is obviously gonna land onto if he messes up just once. If he has knee pads and helmet he should be fine, otherwise, it probably needs to be moved over...

my kid did it yesterday...he said he did it a few times and it worked lol...he videotaped it...i'm gonna post the video on yt and link it
 
One time in 4th grade, after school, my friend Eric and I noticed some kids left a small skate ramp on the sidewalk. I decided it would be fun to slide down it like a slide.

Shortly after, I was face down in the E.R. where they removed several deeply embedded splinters from my tender young ass.
 
so he got it on video...if the ramp (cardboard) was any taller he would've eaten shit face first but him falling wasn't so bad lol...
