My sleep schedule is so messed up

Anyone ever get in this rut? Stay up until like 7AM working, crash, sleep until 2PM or whatever time. All screwed up. I need a sleeping pill rebill.
 


Yup, was up til 4:30am and slept til 10:30am, wanted to sleep longer but I have a hard time when the sun is up so I wake up miserably tired. Noice!
 
Yep, I have no sleep schedule at all, total chaos.

Also, the only way I'm productive is to get really sleep deprived and drink two big cans of red bull, otherwise my attention span to something is like 10 minutes tops.
 
I'm with you here, it's so depressing waking up after 1. I try not to do it, but i'm always like one more show or episode or one more level(plants vs zombies). I'm trying to get better. I'm thinking about buying an elliptical for the morning and force myself to get on it in the morning and set my alarm and be better with it. Right now, i'm sitting on the couch watching movies/working with my laptop. pffft i hate it.

Talk about depressing is the rut I got in for a while last year in the winter - go to bed when it's dark (right before dawn), and wake up when it's dark (right after dusk). I never saw daylight for 3 weeks.

Can't help it if 12am-5am is when I get most of my work done.

I have the same problem and I'm starting to realize you just have to embrace it. Even when I get a full 6-8 hrs sleep, work out, eat right, etc. I still feel half awake the entire day.

Around 10pm is when my brain finally turns on so I guess its just different for everyone. The only downside is the fact that it is depressing waking up mid day, and 99% of the people in your life are on the opposite schedule.

I would give anything to be able to sleep for only 2-4 hours and be fully rested, but I'm too much of a pussy to start smoking meth.
 
the 30 minutes after I wake up feels like I got hit by a fucking truck, damn near painfully tired. I can grind until late at night, but waking up is always my nemesis no matter how much or how little sleep I get.

its the typical nerd/spammer/hacker/inet mastermind/ppc masta sleep cycle. its normal for inet workers :)

Yeah I agree, I always feel as if I get more done throughout the night when it's dark(no hermit)

Though, every single day I fall asleep in a lecture. I should stop that. |:
 
i wake up every morning at 7 no matter what cause i gotta piss...then its feel like shit for an hour, saved by the bell then back to sleep for 2 hours
 
Mine is pretty messsed up. I stay awake for 18 hours, then sleep for 9 hours. So everyday I wake up ~3 hours later than the day before.

Today I woke up at 4pm, yesterday I woke up at noon, the day before I woke up at 9am, etc.

It's messed up, but it's awesome. I'm awake until I'm tired, and then I sleep until I'm not tired.
 
I'm up between 9-10am no matter what time I go to sleep. Whether I go to bed at midnight or 4am, I feel like total shit no matter what.
 
I hate mornings, pretty much can't do any work for the first hour or 2, and I always work far better at night, less distractions. I normally crash between 2 and 4, always force myself up by 9:30 though or my sleep schedule would get pretty daft. If I have a really late one I just have a couple of hours in the afternoon.

Just put a piss bottle next to your bed and you won't even have to 'get up', fall back asleep like a baby after pleasing your wee-wee.
