I tried it once (well life is about experiences right?) and it was ok but would rather spend my money having a massage or something else. The water up yer as makes you feel like you gotta fart the world out. Afterwards you sit on the loo for like 10mins and carry on shitting which is quite amusing thanks to the chorus of farts that accompany it all. I did feel quite refreshed and lighter but that passed after a few hours.
I've also tried the neti pot which tickles like fuck and is good if you have sinus problems.

Save your money! Use the following method for the poor mans enema.
1. Go to you local pool
2. Go to the hot tub
3. Pull down pants and put ass up to jet, fill ass with H2O, then release
4. Repeat ass to jet until you get busted or feel your ass is clean
