After being motivated by this thread (Including all the resources it provides) I decided to control/stop my fap and porn addiction. (First, for 30 days and so on...)

No fap, No porn watching for next 30 days. I'll see how it improves my productivity and update this thread after 30 days.

If you want to join, you're welcome for this "no fap, no porn for 30 days case study" and share your results.

I am doing it without sex (I'm not married and I'm a no-sex-until-marriage guy). You can choose to do it with sex if you want! That adds another option to this and gives room for more people.
