I know coffee and energy drinks and a lot of tits is a proven way to keep you going on work.

But I have always been using music to keep me working and stay away from boredom, specially when its on the mids of the week.

I mostly listen it rnb's, akon songs and rock to keep my systems going.

You might want to share yours here too.

Anything without lyrics.

Altho, lately I have been on an "epic soundtrack" fix. Think Gladiator, etc...

It depends, if I need to get something done ASAP but it's more like a mechanical task (like link building) then electronic, house specifically.
However, if I'm in something that requires creativity, like copywriting, some new age music is best, even nature sounds will do the work.

Thats nice but I'm afraid that nature music will make me to relax and then I could sleep... :D
