More 'Quality score' improvements

This is what they should have been doing all along. They do this with organic search in terms of the geo targetting so why not with paid search. It's a good improvement.
 


I see a situation in which noobs with money F up bid prices till they figure what ROI means.

Google is just admitting that it always been a relative bid price situation.

To Google: One guy with a 2% CTR and 100% Conv Rate is not as good at delivering user perceived "quality" as another with a 12% CTR and 2% Conversions.
 
Good for those of us that use Adwords well (unfortunately, that's not really me... d'oh!), but I think this is going to drive people to use othear PPC services that are currently gold mines due to the relatively unsaturated position.

Also, a slew of new "info products" on getting rich without Google (ZOMG!)
