You have a community with authority.
I would build a headpiece, a "hero", and get the community to follow that person. Then make cheap merchandise and apparel mirroring some of the popular topics / catch phrases (as rec'd above) and hit the community with offers mentioning that you'll be donating xx amount to some inane but overall agreeable cause.
Rinse and repeat, and somewhere in there, find a way to automate.
Edit: and have a friend create the cause, and then just bank on both ends.
