(I may be instructed to remove this post by one of the attorneys, so here's a quick update of this strange barrage of death threats, legal action threats, crusade stuff, and whatever else is going through that crazy head of his)
He's still sending me threats...
Here are a few of the non-violent ones:
"Fuck u. I am personally going to c that u go down. The shit is still there. U knew what the fuck u were doing. Sue me. I'd luv to bankrupt u n show the world u r a scammer. I fucked with the wrong person this time. U fucked with the wrong."
"No there is no blackmail. it is called doing the right thing n taking u off the streets. u r a threat to society and a fraudster. u should of learned how to make honest money."
"Lol. The post is backUp, I will Work with the feds to Take u down. Sue me. I will win and show the world I r a fraud. U r a fraud."
So yeah... spoke to criminal lawyers in NY and CA today. Its in their hands now, and he's going to have to deal with the consequences of this lash out campaign for whatever it is he thinks I did or said to or of him.

This is all well beyond the point of rationalizing why he's acting like this and for what purpose. Maybe he's just mentally unstable? Who knows. But he shows no signs of letting up thus far. I easily could have deleted the thread too, but he's pulled this so many times already, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. And I've had just about enough of his bullshit over the years. It ends now.

Oh yeah, just to add to this.. I wasn't the one who banned him either originally, and I'd prefer if that mod not say anything about it to anyone, you made the correct call, and quite frankly we should have left him perm-banned a long time ago. So thank you for that. 
This is some crazy shit. Something of this nature could really push a guy over the edge. The first thing a potential customer will do when considering a service provider...is to Google them. He's really put his business in a pickle with this thread and his actions.
