I got a new theory on this.

Lots of black people in the US are just normal people. Same as everyone -- came over from whatever country as a typical immigrant to settle in, and they just do their thing, and enjoy their life. Same story as everyone.

But then there's loads of retarded black people in the US, because when the slave owners were over in Africa rounding people up, the stupid people were just easier to catch. So the worst gene pool of the African population ended up in the US.
