WRONG! There are many cases where men have to support the kids even if they are not biologically theirs. This is known as a bastard law and is enforced to protect the welfare of the child regardless of paternity.

Just to point out a few other things that Jake didn't address in his post (great logic btw):
- Historically, it's only been a short time (last century or so) since it was socially acceptable for young (13-15 year old) girls to marry older men (20-30+).
- Historically, it was the local society that determined what was acceptable in terms of young girls having relations with older men.
- Laws and times have changed in Western cultures so that we can't go and castrate a man who took advantage of a younger girl, so we have laws about the age at which they can be legally approached.
- In some countries and cultures, it's still acceptable for young (13-15+) women to sleep around with older men.
