The Guardian
Business Insider

2. Payment is being done by Paypal.
3. TAT: Forbes, Inc, takes 5-15 days. Entrepreneur 2-4 weeks. The others around 15-30 working days. The data base includes many publications, only top ones.
4. Refund Policy: There is no refund once the publication is up.
The following niches are ok: Media, Business, Tech, Apps, Entrepreneurship, Financial, and subniches of these niches.
