Just to clarify, the "very strong evidence" is the fact that when you would do a whois search on the domain, it showed my nameservers?

Well the fact that it was 100% set to your NS. There is enough digital forensic evidence to prove this.

Any whois history tracking like DomainTools shows this proof.

Dont forget to rereg your domain or we will reg it for ya and have fun w it. If you need me to front you the domain fee, PM me.

Sorry cardine, I can't offer an explanation here. There are two people on WickedFire that know all the turn of events, but that's as far as that information will be shared. The best I can offer is if there will ever be a criminal investigation, many more things will come to light, and these questions will be answered in the process. Until then, this will stay a mystery.

Yes, I am referring to the fact that the DNS for the domain name being used to defraud Facebook was pointing to DNS that matched WinningPortfolio - implying that the domain name was under your control when it was being used to defraud Facebook.

Additionally Alsup gave you one last chance to avoid default which would have given you a platform to show your side of the story and you turned it down. That doesn't sound like the actions of someone who is being misunderstood and wants to clear their name. If you were innocent why did you decline this offer?

I guess I will wait for the criminal charges to see your side of the story. Until then I see no reason to believe you since you refuse to provide any evidence, while Facebook's claims are backed up by what (O_o) has posted.

Cardine. Back in 2013, someone in this industry gained access to my account. My email accounts, domain, server, skype, social media and AT&T login were comprised. I have screenshots and text messages dated for that time period when I was warning my colleagues about the the impersonation. I posted about it in the large FB group on Skype, were dozens read it and acknowledged it. I have support conversations with my domain & server hosting on the unauthorized access, and what I can do to stop it. Somehow the individual was accessing my server and was able to reset my password to my email address every time. I have evidence to show when I was initially informed of the unauthorized access, and for how long that person has had access. (it was for over six months going off my memory).

All of this is logged and I have it. There were also a few other people that were comprised by this same individual, I also have text messages saved where I warned them about what happened with me, and what they should do on their end.

This evidence will only come out to light if there will be a criminal investigation. So if you are interested in seeing all those text messages and conversations, you'll find them during my defense.

^^ Oh shit, I actually do remember that. You made a thread a couple years back, saying "don't contact me on Skype, because it's not me -- I've been hacked".

Thank you for confirming that. I let almost all my Skype contact during that time know about the issue. Once I was informed of the breach, I began changing my login, and he kept on regaining access and became more aggressive. I am guessing at that point he realized the game was up, and he tried to make a quick dime. What he began to do was message most of my contact list, and try to sell FB accounts to them. I guess to pull one last quick scam before I figure out a way to lock him out indefinitely. Thankfully I got did get access to my skype easily, and told everyone not to send me a single dime, since that was not me writing to them. Again, I have all those screenshots.

Does anyone remember what Martin is referring to? Kopia claims he remembers this, but then he promptly deleted his post.

There should be people here that will remember. I posted it in the popular FB group on Skype that we had back then. There must have been at least 40-50 members in there. I gather some of them are still around to this day, so hopefully they attest to what I just said.

I fail to understand something basic here - how did this evidence not prevent you from agreeing to pay nearly half a million dollars?

Just wondering - if it's so compelling and complete wtf are you agreeing to that for ffs?!!

dat ego.

Grunin, quit while you're ahead. If you think a federal prosecutor will see your post-judgment posts here as anything but thumbing your nose at them you're nuts.

You should have never uttered a single word about this case anywhere online, especially this place.

I can't just cherry pick conversations from Skype. If I was going to refer to it as my evidence, I would need to give up access to all my Skype conversations. Like I said, I'm not a complete goody two shoe.

lol and they gained access to your checking accounts and wired in all those monies! om nom nom. You fucking clown. I think I am in love with you.

Doesn't this mean that once the feds seize your PC, that they'll have the opportunity to pin another crime on you even if they don't have enough evidence to prove you defrauded Facebook because it was done by a hacker who hijacked your hosting?

I 100% remember it. He did start a thread in STS a LONG time ago, saying he's been hacked, and to not contact him on Skype because someone took over his account.

I deleted my post because regardless, it still doesn't add up to sweet fuck all. If someone hacked me, then pinned this crime on me, I'm quite confident I'd bring that little fact up with the courts. He didn't though, so something is off.

And it was posted on his Mgrunin account? So far nothing is coming up.

Of course this fool is going to attempt to sway public opinion. The facts are that the guy posted facebook ad-space for sale, here, coincident to the dates in the FB suit.

Somehow he came into low six-figures.

Somehow he was hacked and failed to provide proof to the court in an attempt to exonerate himself.

He let the thing go into default and is willingly paying a judgment imposed--a debt he incurred due to the actions of some ID thief.

Fuck dude... quick, send me your SSN before I change my mind!

I think deep down Martin knows what he did, but he's hoping this creates enough "reasonable doubt" that'll allow him to be found NOT GUILTY in a criminal trial. Never mind the fact that the feds love pushing plea bargains really hard or the fact that this defense still makes no logical sense, even if he really was hacked.

As far as I remember, yeah. I can assure you he made a thread saying not to contact him on Skype, because his account has been overtaken. For all I know, he got spooked while selling the fraudulent accounts, and decided to try and create a cover story for himself. Or maybe he was legitimately hacked, but I somewhat doubt it, because you think you'd bring that little fact up in a federal court hearing.

Who knows.

I am going to PM you some proof of the hacking; you can reply with your comments on the thread for the rest to read, and I would appreciate it if you don't post the proof publicly.
