Please read my initial post from yesterday. I said that I will be answering questions that I am comfortable answering on a public forum. Unlike what many here seem to think, the situations surrounding that question are not cut dry. It's not something that can be answered in one sentence, and there is no know to explain things completely without possibly implicating myself. When I submitted my last Declaration to the court, I was completely honest and truthful in my answer. These questions of your surround the accounts that were on credit. I never ran advertisements on those accounts, and I also never sold or transferred those accounts to anyone. I never in my life made a single buck from a credit line account.
Why were the domains hosted on a server than I own? Many months ago I touched on this subject, and my answer hasn't changed. I cannot further elaborate because it because the information is sensitive.
I didn't return back to WickedFire to prove my innocence. We heard the judge, I'm responsible for $340,000 - so I'm not a goody two shoe. I made mistakes, and now I will be paying for them. But to paint me out to be a scammer is going overboard. I never had my hands on those credit line accounts that came out unpaid, and all those other account? I never ran ads on them, my payment information was never on there. As I said in my response, Facebook didn't collect that money from their clients because they were terminating accounts without collecting payment first. I shouldn't be mixed up in that at all.
This question might be going too far, but why didn't you name anyone to the courts? Your morals wouldn't allow you to? The accounts were sold to people who could possibly make your life worse than Alsup could?
Also...give me a break. I apparently was skilled enough to forge bank accounts and fool the finance team on Facebook's end, but stupid/lazy enough to host the domains on my own personal server? Course not. Like I said, the situation is not clear cut, and unfortunately there isn't enough information out here publicly to paint the actual picture - and I can't help with that.

Just to clarify, the "very strong evidence" is the fact that when you would do a whois search on the domain, it showed my nameservers?
Sorry cardine, I can't offer an explanation here. There are two people on WickedFire that know all the turn of events, but that's as far as that information will be shared. The best I can offer is if there will ever be a criminal investigation, many more things will come to light, and these questions will be answered in the process. Until then, this will stay a mystery.
