Grunin’s unlawful marketing activities have tainted the Facebook experience for Facebook users

LOL

Ads that FACEBOOK APPROVED...

Ad spots that would have been filled anyways.

Facebook has suffered and continues to suffer harmto its reputation and goodwill.

So why is FB stock still growing? Where are the profit losses in the reports?

You're telling me over a billion users all know about this?

Provide proof that at least one user deactivated over this specific event. LOL

Facebook spent significant engineering and other employee resources investigating, blocking, and documenting Grunin’s activities in order to prevent further harm.

Why are there no logs of employee work hours?

Why are there no sworn testimonials from those who supposedly had to work to block/investigate/etc?

....

Just getting started, there is so much hearsay here...

Grunin knowingly, willfully, repeatedly, and systematically breached Facebook’s Terms

So then their "contact" was voided. Why are they still trying to act like it's still bonding, when it's not.

Terms were broken, yet FB still allowed this to continue. Poor handling on their end.

Bonding? Contact? Try harder. Testimonials? Go back to Bangalore.

And they write-off a ton of defaults every year. They don't have a line-item for every dbag who rips them off. "Profit losses," right.

I'd guess that Alsup will go $465K on the judgment. Fraud cases involve punitive damage awards in an effort to deter the dbag from pulling a similar stunt in the future... Certainly they will send an accounting to the court. Consider the time and productivity loss for FB having to investigate this internally. Perkins Coie billable hours in the hundreds. They won't get a dime from asswipe as he flushed it down the drain.

The ads are analogous to a physical billboard. The opportunity is lost and they received nothing for the ad-fraud. Porn ads do cause material harm to FB's reputation.

Grunin had his chance to put up a defense. Instead he blew it by using a clown he KNEW wasn't a licensed lawyer.

So then their "contact" was voided. Why are they still trying to act like it's still bonding, when it's not.

Even if the contract is breached, it's still binding. You clearly don't understand contracts despite your username. How pathetic is that?

You've said stupid things multiple times in this thread already. How many more times are you going to put your foot in your mouth?

He seriously, seriously should've gone all or nothing back a few months ago in options - he would've been able to pay the bills easily. Or, and actually get a lawyer in the first place. It's clear he's just too retarded - I mean even that's an insult to actual retarded people - they'd at least listen to what a Judge would say.

Ad spots that would have been filled anyways.

- Yes and those ad spots would have earned money, not defrauded them.

You're telling me over a billion users all know about this?

- It could be a small proportion, it doesn't say every single users knows.

Provide proof that at least one user deactivated over this specific event. LOL

- Err.. McGrunin

Why are there no logs of employee work hours?

- Hindsight is a wonderful thing, don't know why they'd start counting the minutes of the day for this anomalous fraud.

Why are there no sworn testimonials from those who supposedly had to work to block/investigate/etc?

- Because McGrunin never asked them to be presented? It wouldn't take 2 minutes for Facebook to pull up an engineer who had to fix the holes.

Some stupid shit you be posting..

That judge gave him many chances. He raped himself. Shit is crazy. :rasta:

You can't fix stupid. He threw-away $9K of the remaining FB monies on a fruitless ex post facto defense which did irreparable damage. Hiring BRC and the sov-filings probably added $100K to the DJ award and going on 2500 posts to this epic thread.

I was originally going to write out a reply where I point by point tell you why you are just flat out wrong, but decided that this post is so incredibly stupid that it does not warrant a long in depth reply.

With that being said, I question the character of anyone who claims that it is ok to falsify bank documents and steal from Facebook because "[their stock price] is growing."

If you didn't notice, Facebook is not suing Grunin for billions of dollars (what you might expect if Grunin was able to single handedly stop them from growing). If Grunin caused Facebook to lose $1mil they are still entitled to $1mil+, even if their stock price has increased by $1bil+ in the interim.

lol, well if BRC has one thing going for him, it's that he's a determined fucker.

He still hasn't figured out the whole sovereign man thing doesn't work, eh?

Meh he fucked up spectacularly & his posts were always a bit narcissistic, but at least he's hungry, reckon he'll make out OK in the end.

Not sure if it's been answered in this thread, but if these are criminal acts he's accused of and he's likely going to be prosecuted; why has it started off with a civil case?

Seems quirky. Would have thought things would be done the other way around..

reckon he'll make out OK in the end.

As long as Martin isn't charged criminally, he can just open a trading account under his dad's name and he's good to go even if he can't discharge his Facebook debt. :stonedsmilie:

Let's hope he's prosecuted criminally to send a clear message that forging documents for the purpose of defrauding facebook for advertising is not tolerated. Everyone who buys advertising from facebook legitimacy is screwed over due to Martin's actions.

Sure it does. Maybe not every time, but more often than not there are criminal charges brought if law enforcement believes a crime was committed. They don't wait to see if somebody or some company is going to sue, if a crime was committed and they think they can prosecute then they charge you.

Thanks, counselor. Wire fraud is Federal. It's not some local ADA handling it. The bar is higher and takes a lot longer.
