For some LOL about the guy in FL who tried to go full sovrun on a real grand jury and got charged with 14 felonies, here is an update:

During his arraignment, the judge called his name, but he stayed in the gallery..
Terry George Trussell responded that he had a third party interest this matter. He was ignored by the judge. Again the Judge James Hankinson asked if there was a Terry Trussell present. I am a living breathing flesh and blood man of the age of majority.

Long story short, the judge issued a bench warrant for failure to appear, and they locked him up. This group of nutters has convened their own grand jury and issued a writ of habeas corpus, and demand the judge release him or risk being indicted:

Agreed. Unbeknownst to me, I was driving a stolen car last week. Got pulled over, explained to the cop my buddy gave it to me. He totally understood, then escorted me to my destination so I could bypass traffic.

Looks like the markets didn't go Martin's way and he can't afford to pay for legal counsel.

In a weird way Martin was right about this case getting wrapped up in 6 to 8 weeks give or take an extra week or two. It's just not in Martin's favor.

Though we don't have confirmation yet that the default judgment will stick.

This is the judge's notice about the default judgement asking if anyone wanted to amend anything, facebook's response is below and says no they don't want to amend anything.

It's far from dead. The criminal indictments didn't even hit yet, and we're not even close to wrapped up with the civil lawsuit unless the default judgment sticks.
