I have utterly failed to follow this as close as I should have, and with every new development I wallow in shame as I just don't know the whole thing.

Any HERO out there, willing to summarize the whole thing in one paragraph, including all the major ballerz like Costello and shit? It's practically impossible to read the thread from beginning to end, given that it's 45 pages and about 42 pages of it is shitposting (which I enjoy very much)

Scammed/fraud, caught, denial, litigation commenced, denial, attempted nuisance defense "sovereign", defense thrown out, denial, previous defense council facing his own non-related charges, new council sought, naivety defense strategy employed, Judge recusal, victory claimed. New judge assigned, initial case mgmt docs submitted, victory dream squashed, case continues.

Anticipate, continued denial, potential orange jumpsuit and BBC [not to be confused with "BRC"] in defendants future.

Also, the new judge likes to study the technical details behind his cases, and will probably be a member of WF and running his own offers by the time this case is over.

Considering his previous responses, not likely. He's probably thinking to himself, "ahhh, yes, this is all working out just as I planned. BRC and two judges later, I now have this technical genius for a judge. Perfect, just how I knew it was going to happen!"

Do you think he's really delusional, or just a perpetual liar who doesn't realize how retarded he comes off? I honestly can't decide. Judging from his legion of pics trying sooooo desperately hard to look cool/smart/successful/suave/rich/yadda, I'd lean toward the latter.

Ignorant + sociopath = Rikers Island

The guy knew it was BS, but is essentially broke (on payment terms with attorney). Gave it a shot and now pleading ignorance. Sure they see through it, but it doesn't mean it won't work.

He cannot afford to go to trial. My guess is that they will approach with a settlement offer that will go nowhere. He doesn't have the cash, but can't allow it to go to a CTDA. He will plead and ask for a installment plan, and then default on it.
