Grunin should do everything he can to set aside the default if he really didn't do anything wrong. However, if there is any chance that Grunin was involved in what FB is alleging, then he better just accept the default judgement. Chances are FB has some evidence to back up their claims. However, FB has yet to provide any actual evidence. Is Grunin planning on suing Costello? Also Grunin attorney used Costello name alot in their "Opposition Response" is Costello going to sue Grunin for Copywright use of his name now?

I just called that number and Grunin answered. Turns out he's a really nice guy, that just got himself wrapped up in some baseless allegations. Apparently Zuckerberg used to babysit for Grunin when he was a kid, and they had some sort of disagreement during a heated Mario Kart match, and Zuck wasn't allowed back.
Its pretty clear that Zuck is taking out his revenge after all these years of waiting.

It's a dog-eat-dog world. Just because you haven't screwed a single person and have always offered your help doesn't mean everyone will rush to offer you help when you're suffering. Morever, it doesn't mean people aren't jealous of you or dislike you when you show off.
