Ah, nothing like being labeled guilty by a whole forum without even seeing the case through first. I've never screwed a single person in this industry and have always offered my help, but the moment allegations arise against me, everyone flips on me.

For those of you that are hoping to see me crash and burn. That will not happen. This case will come to a close within the next 4-6 weeks. I won't be going to the slammer. I will be exiting this industry completely, and I'll persevere elsewhere.

I can just picture these judges in a judge conference or something joking about throwing the case to each other...:

Judge 1: Hey, did you get that Martin Grunin Facebook Case ?

Judge 2: Yeah, thanks a lot asshole

Judge 1: *chuckle* ... don't ever say I never gave you anything.

Judge 2: Yeah well, I just might throw it to *Judge 3* I'm sure he'll get a kick out of it...

Wow, just when you think it can't get any better, he comes back to incriminate himself even further. Here is a tip buddy: Lock down that ego of yours until the case closes because all you are doing right now is producing more evidence. Yes the whole forum is talking about you, but it's not for a good reason.

I think opinions here were mixed until you made it a full blown circus by hiring your attorney in fiction that you apparently found on YouTube. At that point you made yourself into an even bigger target and took away any credibility you may have had.
 
William Alsup looks like a guy who will smile at your face and you think he will be friendly and shit with you and all of a sudden BOOM, all requests made by the defendant, declined bitches.

That is understandable. As much as I wish to explain my actions throughout this lawsuit, right now isn't the proper time for obvious reasons. Once all is said and done with the case, I'll go into detail on the Brian Saga and explanations to the assumptions made on this thread.

What grinds my gears a bit is when "poopie" begins posting crap such as saying he called the law firm I hired, put on a Moldovian accent, and attempted to negotiate my retainer payments. It's pretty shitty to continue fueling bullshit in this thread, and even stupider to admit to impersonating me if that was true.

Obviously you can't get into it now in public but I hope you keep a journal of your side of the events and post it once your case is resolved. I would love to hear what was going through your head while signing those documents Brian came up with. It would make for a great conclusion to this epic thread.

How could anyone here with any common sense and logic take you seriously after hiring that felon character?? Filing and signing 14 documents dragging out the case and even extortionist demands of the Court and Facebook??

All that and you did not even articulate a single fact to support a your defense to Facebook’s claims... yeah, it's amazing the whole forum labeled you guilty without seeing the case through because you were too busy DELAYING it with silly red seals.
 
I haven't been paying much attention to this thread, but I do want to know when gruin will come back and update his stock picks. I didn't pay much attention on his last thread after the first page but would be really interested in some updates!

Why was it stupid? It fucking worked flawlessly. Shit, I could've asked them to fax over the motions.

Nothing to 'splain. They already have a default judgment. Just kick back and wait for the Citation to Discover Assets. You remember; the ToS (and other) accounts you put on your Instagram. They absolutely will lock you the fuck up if you don't produce the account numbers. And every bank account. Or don't bother... they will track the wires from ToS.

I hear that Chick-Fil-A is hiring Moldovans as geeks.

No, it didn't work flawlessly shit head. I can post invoices towards the retainer if I wanted to right now. You're just talking straight out of your ass as usual. First with the insurance crap, and now about the lawyer.

Go back to the trading journal you started months ago on here on binary options. Dipped the thread after posting three trades. At least I am a bigger man than you in showing the exact size of the positions, the account balance, the gain/loss.

Citation to Discover Assets is expected, so you're not telling me anything new.
