I don't hate Grunin. But he took things too far and was pretty arrogant and egotistical while doing it. If he isn't taught a lesson, he and others like him will have an unfair advantage over anyone who doesn't want to commit multiple felonies in order to compete with him.
If Grunin walks away from this scott free, wouldn't more people feel tempted to scam Facebook in order to gain free traffic rather than legitimately pay for it?
Besides even if he is indicted, he will do minimal jail time since it's his first offense. He'll hopefully address his character flaws and be a better man in the end.
