Martin Grunin, I support you 100% man. If you need some $$ to help pay for lawyer fees, then please just leave a message here and I'll do my best to help.

I know you're innocent and deserve to get let off the hook. Also, I know I busted your balls for the whole BRC schtick, but in retrospect, something like that should not affect your whole future. All of us have been conned at one point or another. Unfortunately BRC came around at the wrong time.

Reply if you need anything. I love you man.

My theory is that BRC contacted Grunin hoping to get this high profile case and using it as a marketing tool. So, not only did Costello offer Grunin terms that were too good to be true, but he knew from the get-go that this would just be a PR stunt. When BRC got the contract he was probably walking around quoting Grunin himself with "been had cases".

Martin is TOTALLY innocents. :sadcrying4: Stay safe brah.

I admire Brian for standing up in his beliefs though.

Many Americans would just bend over and take whatever the law fucks them over with.

You can't hate on a man like that.

At least he stands for something.. (Crazy or not crazy)

There is a lot of truth to what he says. The reality is no government/cop/court gives a shit.

Very few citizens will even attempt to asset their rights. Or try to understand some of the ideas/concepts following through his head.

The US is divided by the states, each have different laws. One thing sounds bizarre in CA, but is totally legit in say.. NY.

It's very easy to call him out. His YT video on the speeding ticket would get me arrested in my state from the start of being pulled over. (Can't make generalizations on the law, you look like a fool...)

It's "united", but the land you live in, is really separated by an invisible line. You're forced to obey rules of each area. :(

It is what it is...

The government has overstepped themselves, if you can't see that... Then who knows, just keep calm and sheeple on.

Right, as criminals do. Does it appear that this fucking consanguineous clown is really being persecuted? The dbag can't stay out of jail long enough to take a shit.

But yeah, when all else fails and the PD can't keep you out of the slam... hire yourself!

So you generate fraudulent bank balances, LOCs, signatures and they come after you. HTF has the government "overstepped" .... you strabismus-having, W Va hillfuck?

Sincerely,

Dan Boyd

If you're going to steal; steal big (as dad used to say). Don't turn into a cunt when you get caught; whining about your innocence. Reciprocity. You pay for goods and/or services upon receipt. Or perhaps net30 terms. Don't come on here pulling this cuntbag "Sovereign" BS when you get pinched.

I'd absolutely punch a fucking Giotto-like hole in this Costello's chicken-wing chest. And I wouldn't cry when arrested for assault.

The news story making it out to be more then it was.

Facebook gives most advertiser a daily budget of $250 dollars.
Facebook doesn't bill until the end of the month.

$250 a day is about a $7,500 bill you could rake up before the bill is due.

You can request an increase if you are a bigger advertiser, and it's really easy.

So you take it up to about $1000 a day or about $30,000 a month.

Repeat this with 20 separate Facebook accounts and you can rake up $600,000 in a month.

He then sold the Traffic to someone else for cheap. Like someone selling $600,00 of traffic for $300,000.

Facebook doesn't think Advertising are going to open up their account and not pay.. i.e. Theft.

Expect it to start getting harder to open a new Facebook Advertising account, which will be good for us already in them.

That's not what happened at all. Facebook doesn't just let anyone with an ads account them pay on net 30 terms, for normal accounts your ad balance is paid off daily.

Grunin falsified documents so he could get a $300k line of credit from Facebook and then Facebook didn't get paid for the spend. Whether or not Grunin was using the accounts himself or sold them to someone else really doesn't matter that much since he committed fraud multiple times to obtain them.

This.

With false documents he stepped out of the nebulous world of of duplicitous advertising flimflammery and into the criminal zone.

Unless of course, these are all baseless allegations.

There is 0 truth to sov'run woo. The people like BRC who sell it are not even hustlers, they are straight-up con artists. There are 0 court cases where these "techniques" are applied that ended up in favor of the person using it. It is a fantasy world in which a person can turn a traffic ticket into a 5-year prison sentence.
I dunno, it does seem to occasionally work for low level offences, and small amounts of debt, where the judge hasn't seen it before, and can't be bothered working out wtf they're talking about, or the company doesn't want to waste ages trying to get a small debt out of an insane person.

^
is there any actual hard evidence for that? copies of court documents, rulings, etc. right now i'm only reading cases (including ofcourse our beloved BRC) of things backfiring even with low level stuff. at best it only delays things a bit and you end up with more penalties later on.

Careful. Curiosity is the first step in the BRC type guru sales funnel.

Another successful success:

A Maryland judge ordered a sheriff’s deputy to shock a defendant who would not stop citing “sovereign citizen” doctrine during a court hearing.
According to the court transcript and reported last week by the Baltimore Post Examiner, Judge Robert C. Nalley asked 25-year-old Delvon King, who was representing himself, to stop talking.

King, who was outfitted with an electronic shocking device on his leg, continued to challenge the validity of the case against him citing “common right and common reason,” and the judge ordered a Charles County sheriff’s deputy to administer the shock.
“Do it,” the judge ordered, according to the transcript. “Use it.”

The transcript does not indicate that King made any threatening movements toward the judge or anyone else in the courtroom or attempt to flee.
King immediately crumpled to the ground when the shock was delivered.

“He screamed and he kept screaming,” said his father, Alexander King. “When the officer hit the button, it was like an 18-wheeler hit Delvon. He hit the ground that quick. He kept screaming until the pain subsided.”

The incident took place July 23, right before jury selection, although no prospective jurors were in the courtroom.
A medical worker examined King at the courthouse, and then jury selection began.

“I thought they’d give me time to recuperate,” said King, who was acting as his own attorney.
