I had to ban this one because stupidity on such high levels without acknowledging anything else in a massive thread of mind numbing insanity proves this person is going to irritate the shit out of everyone someday and I need to save them from that kind of abuse.

Exactly my thoughts which I planned to post since found this thread in the first place. Yes they are. They paint our buildings usually and do construction shit work. But this kid along with his friend which name was bh*** (did gaming on FB, probably with fake accounts as well), okay some bitch to be short, talk all high with me tons of times, ignores, etc.
Isn't he did gaming on Mochimedia (when it was alive and runing) ?
With SERPs that Martin Grunin now enjoys, I too think that he has a future career in unskilled construction work as long as he does a name change before applying for the job.
Lawyer in fact did get them to switch judges after appealing to the previous judges jurisdiction.
FB filed a motion to not allow costello to appear for grunin.
FB filed motition to strike (completely remove the argument made by costello). After which they filed a Entry of Default (default judgement awarded when you don't reply to a case).
It appears they just trying to fast track by filing that. Judge has not ruled on strike nor default.

Yeah it's pretty standard anytime the defendant doesn't have legal counsel retained and instead is trying to clown up the court. But Martin has an attorney-in-fact retained! It's better than a fictional lawyer who is a member of the BAR Association which also is fictional!
Remember that Brian Robert Costello is an attorney-in-fact and not an attorney-in-fiction!
What pisses me off the post is that I started to like Grunin after kind of disliking him. He sounded like a pretty bright, well-rounded guy who was doing ok for his age.
Then he goes ahead and proves that I (in-fact) had a good reason to dislike him in the first place. It was something petty like him ignoring my PM's then PMing me for advice, but still - little things like this typically indicate a lack of integrity. Either way, I do hope he really learns from this shit.

I bet Martin Grunin was totally clueless about whatever question you PMed him about, panicked, and then decided the best course of action is to not acknowledge that he ever received that PM.
Lol. I was convinced that someone faked an email from that guy for the lolz...and then I saw the court docket. Great thread.
They always file the EoD. The judge will not rule until the fool fails to appear on the next date. Judge will find for FB if Costello appears, but of course he will not.
