Also the "strawman theory" defense has NEVER been proven to work if you're sued as an individual. IF your corporation has been sued as well as other individual defendants, then you have some room for legal maneuvering. But that's not going to work if you're caught doing something egregious like forged bank statements and identity theft.

You're still in denial Martin. The best that you can hope for right now is that the only thing you have to deal with is a Facebook lawsuit and not criminal charges. However by using a sovereign individual con artist, you are increasing your risk of criminal charges.

Really expensive lawyers aren't going to be fooled by that - just get a proper lawyer and be reasonable with them as possible without incriminating yourself unnecessarily. Try and put yourself in the strongest possible position legally without lying or deceiving etc and see if you can win them over to some kind of deal.

Or alternatively go into court and say you don't believe they have jurisdiction over you because you are not of this world. Should work out well.

Why the fuck would you even waste more than a second by giving up who allegedly used you as a scapegoat? It sounds like you're creating a series of excuses... and it doesn't quite add up.

If you are truly innocent and want to remain out of prison, then you would obviously want to keep FB and their lawyers at bay... Instead, you're not doing anything about it thinking you're immune
