I ordered 5 articles and 17 days later, you have delivered 4. Your bonus article you keep telling me about hasn't been delivered. It is meaningless.

When you take money from people to provide a service, and you don't complete the service, that is wrong. Period.
And don't try to claim I wasn't patient, because it is obvious I was patient.
You're lucky I waited as long as I did. There are some people here who get pissed off when someone is one day late, they don't wait two weeks to post a bad review.

It's pretty obvious you think I am wrong for getting mad that you don't fulfill your obligations. You think I should be happy I am getting a free article I didn't ask for, and still haven't received.
You don't get it at all. Your customers don't owe you anything except to pay on time, and to accept good work. I paid on time, and didn't get good work. Those are the facts.
