Making money with Google Adsense

Im working my ass off to get these website index into google. Im almost top 10 for a high seach term going from 15th to 11th.

How would you go about make a website. Indexing it and geting it ranked top 5 for a search term with 1,000-10,000 searches a month?
 


BYA, thanks for a great post. I am a complete newb, and have only been running offers for a month or so, but I've already started to ask myself if creating BS sites to lower my AdWords CPC, or pre-sell diet supplements is what I want to be doing in the long run. Ultimately, I'd like to leverage my skills and put some content online that adds value.
