Make Your Own AutoTune

Cool.. but a lot easier to just download autotune from tpb or wherever.

Is this some pop music news shit that's come up recently or something? I've had autotune sitting mostly unused in my VST folder for years (you can get some really interesting effects from putting it onto instrument parts.) Recently people seem to be talking about it a lot.

i downloaded the I AM T-Pain auto-tune app on my iphone it's dope, it's pretty good quality too.

Interesting from a marketing angle. Another bland popstar using autotune, as so many other bland popstars have before, but now they are being open about it (and seemingly using it more as an effect than for just correcting out of tune vocals) and Antares are now using this bland popstar to market their product.

As a marketer, the forces behind T-Pain are fucking staggering. Let's not forget how tightly music companies like to hold the leash on their big artists. They let him publish smething that duplicates his sound? Like piracy? Really?!

Thank you for the compliments (?) and the good feedback. Also to those of you who Dugg it, THANK YOU!

lmao i LOLed... the autotuned part doesn't even sound tuned.. i heard some guy doing it on CSS the other day that sounded pretty damn good.

I might have a tone deaf problem. I cAn adjust the sounds, I just have no idea what to make them sound like. I sound like ferris bueler playing the clarinet. "never had one lesson!"

Except T-Pain can actually sing his ass off. I used to think this until I saw him in concert
