One thing I've noticed running ads on myspace is that every time I run a new campaign, I get a good boost of traffic in the beginning then I get little to no traffic after that. When testing a new offer, I usually set a lifetime budget of a few hundred dollars for one day, but they don't even come close to providing that amount in traffic. For instance, recently I had a campaign with a lifetime budget of 300 bucks for one day, but they only delivered 83 dollars in clicks before the campaign reached its end date.

Any tips here guys? Thanks.

I've done nothing on myspace but if its anything like a normal ppc network than its likely your CTR blows.

you can manipulate their platform a little but from what I have seen it what conv3rsion said CTR.

I would start with not capping at one day have it open ended. Next thing to do is jack up the daily budget. If I am trying to spend $1000/day on one line item I set the budget around 1500/day and then manipulate it later in the day if it is getting close to $1000 mark.

I mean, if you're promoting one offer and want to do $X,XXX in ad spend, should you just have like 50 campaigns with a daily budget of 50 bucks?

Set the budget to $25,000 if you are looking to burn through a larger amount of clicks.

More ads = more impression share. This can be spread over multiple accounts. "Employee" business cards + VCCs ftw.

Find out ways to kick up your CTR as well. The first couple thousand impressions are important.
