dude, i've just checked the articles that you sent to me a few days a go and 2 of those are not 100% unique. i would like to have a refund.

Must be a misunderstanding, I've replied to your email a few seconds ago but even if I'm right and you're wrong, I'll gladly issue a 100% refund because my "only pay if you're satisfied" policy is still valid :)

I managed to figure out what the problem was after exchanging a couple of emails with mrfg86. Since the articles he ordered were highly technical, long-ass technical terms needed to be used because otherwise, the articles wouldn't be informative enough.

Let's assume that you want to write an article about an ingredient called "alpha beta gamma yotta" and that it needs to be 100% unique. That's going to be pretty much impossible because you'll need to use the name of the ingredient throughout the article and so will anyone else who wants to write an article about that ingredient.

If you compare the article you've written to another one (about the same ingredient) that has been published somewhere else then yes, you'll find several instances of the term "alpha beta gamma yotta" in both articles and technically speaking, the article you wrote cannot be considered 100% unique. If you want to make it 100% unique, you need to write it without using the term "alpha beta gamma yotta" and that would obviously have a negative impact on the quality of the article.

It's like that whenever you're dealing with highly technical stuff because a lot of times, rephrasing without making the article "sound weird" is just not possible. Anyway, I'm glad mrfg86 replied in a timely manner, no hard feelings man :)
