You wasted your 2k in this lame thread? I am disappoint.jpg
Poorly ordered; perhaps. But
here's the one you're searching for. I had been preparing that lezzie thread since I was at 1985 posts in here, but the last 15 just flew by too fast...
That's cool man, glad to have you up to speed.
...socialism can work but I think you eventually need to make that transition into capitalism such UK CA AU contries that are well off.... lesser developed countries can thrive quicker i think in a more socialized environment
That's true, you can absolutely start a country with 3 people under socialism, not so much with capitalism... I guess that's one more advantage it has.
Meanwhile capitalism is more powerful in larger numbers, gaining its' advantage at the opposite end of the spectrum.
He's not a Communist, he's just a mere Useful Idiot who writes.....
Hey hellblazer, could you tell us the approximate percentage of this forum that AREN'T "Useful Idiots?" I'd really like to hear how many of them you see around you...
And feel free to name their names too... That ought to be good for a laugh.... You can start with Popeye I presume?
Dude, you can't put in a small disclaimer at the end of your posts to make you invulnerable to criticism of your views.
...But you do seem to campaign for such changes. It sounds implied. Even if unintentionally.
I honestly feel that I still haven't gotten the view across yet though... So I thought hard about it and came up with this Perfect metaphor for our situation:
It seems to me that everyone is seeing this capitalist v/s socialist argument exactly as they do a "Mac vs PC" argument... Like you have to side one way and hate the other team.
This is human nature to treat it this way; but it's false. We're not dealing in Hardware here, we're dealing in rulesets and structure... That's SOFTWARE.
This argument is more of an "iOS vs Windows" argument.
If your hardware is a Macbook Pro, then obviously the iOS is the best software. (Like the UK should best use socialism.)
....And you can leave your computer (perhaps not every day) to go play on your buddy's Dell from time to time; it doesn't mean you forsake iOS or Mac even... It means you like to take advantage of the best tool for a particular job, and get the best of both worlds.
So I'm not campaigning nor wanting to campaign for "Mac" here while "using a PC..."
My stance is that I use Windows and KNOW it's right for my Dell computer, but I sure do envy a couple of snazzy enhancements Steve Jobs built into iOS that isn't compatible with my PC.
When I get over to my buddy's house, I'm going to use them there.
But you know what would suck? Writing iWindows... Fuckabunchofthat.
Where does it run? Does your mouse have one button or two? Is it NTFS or whatever the fuck apple uses to format their disks with... Who knows? Sounds like a clusterfuck to me.
I DO NOT endorse any course of action and would go so far as to say VOTE for a course of action AWAY from further mixing the two OSs. -Just like I do not want to see america become more socialist.
Now is it clear? The right tool for the right job. And my country is screwed up trying to mix the two. That's what I've been wanting to say from the beginning.
Anyway, even if we don't agree, and even if I find some of your posts grating, I gained a lot of respect for you in how you confront criticism. We are all assholes, it is how we deal with criticism that separates the wheat from the chaff.
It's cool man, thanks. You're pretty level-headed too.
When I was growing up I couldn't deal with this shit to save my life... I sucked at arguing and would lose my temper easily. Now I enjoy the interaction of such different kinds of people and I kind of crave it even. It's why I still try to talk to hellblazer every now and again. It's also why my post count is so high. :/
