I got a letter from CJ today telling me to stop all Adwords ads with LV in them. If they are directing to eBay that is. I never advertised LV affiliate programs on eBay. However, setting up a niche website based on LV is useless if you plan on doing Context Advertising. Best you could hope for is direct link sales, and possibly affiliate marketing. Anyone else have any niches that should be high paying context ads but aren't? Usually are due to rigid enforcement of trademarked terms.

Why is CJ telling you to stop? If the Luis Vuitton company have a problem with people bidding on their trademark then they should just register it with Google

Exactly. I got the same e-mail from cj (several times) I made the same assumptions.
