I know some of you guys might have some sites you no longer update or you just cant rank them for the terms your going after.

If you got some older finance related sites that you just don't want anymore, hit me up with an offer.

I'm looking mainly for sites that are at least 12-24 months old, have a PR of at least 1, but prefer 2,3,4. I am not interested in domains, I want sites; even if the site only has 4-5 pages.

Also, make sure its not a .ca or .au domain or some domain you have to be a citizen of to be able to have the domain.

I just seen a nice AU one, but I cant own it since I dont have connections in au
