Since there is really no where else to place this, I'm looking to buy up some education & medicine niche sites that you don't want/update anymore.

I'm looking for sites that are at least 6 months old. I don't care about PR, but I prefer if the site has some amount of link development.

fuck man I'vebeen hangin on to webmd.com for too long. I know its a shitty 5 character domain but after all I have put into it I can't take less than $97 for it straight up. lemme know if interested.

Hmm, $97 seems a bit steep, would you take $85?

My budget is $1000, but I'm looking to pick up a bunch of smaller sites rather than one/two large sites.
