Looking for Sms Text Message Sending Service

I was looking for a service or someone who can send mass sms text messages to a targeted list that I have and how much you would charge for it. If you can do this or know of a good resource please post or pm, Thank you

is this an opt in list? if so i've got a few services that you can use if the list is clean. If not, i've had some luck using email addresses (eg: 5552321321@vzw.com) of course that works only if you know the carrier.

where are the numbers? in the US or outside?
