I’m looking for a simple, accurate tool that I can use directly in my browser without downloading anything. Ideally, the web-based ruler tool should help with measuring on-screen elements like website mockups or UI layouts.
I’d prefer something that works across different screen sizes and allows calibration for DPI or screen resolution. Bonus points if it includes features like drag-and-measure or horizontal/vertical guides. Any recommendations for tools you've personally used and liked?
