Looking for a inbound call center service

Anyone know a good, reliable, fair priced inbound call center company willing to work with small volume clients?

About 15 calls a day and maybe 3 to 5 min per call. Mostly product ordering, refund and customer support.

We are using limelight as our CRM.

Please let me know if you know anyone besides Performark360 and Direct Outbound. (Not going to detail on why I am not working w/ those two, so please don't ask)

I don't think I've ever met anyone who owns a call center.

Answering Service | Telephone | Phone | Receptionist | Live is a decent option that I'm considering a switch to (using an internal team member right now).

The basic monthly service of $219 for 360 minutes, plus 0.75 per additional minute.

I have a short list of good call centers but your volume is really the issue.

Whenever I run across a small volume situation I would recommend you split job duties internally and handle it yourself. If you calculate you are spending more than $ 2500 per month on Customer Service try Revguard.

PerformTel. I never ended up working with them, but the owner spent alot of time talking with me on Skype. Seems like a good operation for a small campaign.
