Received my order completion notification today (from order placed on July 6), roughly a week after placing it, including the weekend - good turnaround time.

6 PR2
3 PR3
2 PR4
The content was about 210 words each on average and were written by someone with a good command of the English language. I found the content quality to be excellent, which is unusual for this type of offering.
The blogs themselves were general in nature, with product reviews / articles varying from cheese boards to online loans. Sure, we'd all love a perfect match niche tightly packed with related keywords, but that's a hard one to come by.
I was pleased to NOT see a blog roll filled with 40 or 400 OBL's pointing viagra and enlargement supplements. There were no big spammy blogrolls or other masses of advertising splashed across the sites.
In short, I believe any one of these would pass a manual review based on the layout and content that I saw.
My only recommendation would be that the completion reports be a bit more detailed. If you're going to give the post title, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to search online and find the post URL. So, why not just out the post URL and save us 15 minutes of pratting around? Also, the social signals part of the task had no reporting, so we just have to take it on faith that it gone done.... I'm not keen on link building faith - I'd prefer a report, thanks.
As a wish list item, I wish the vendor would make an add-on service whereby we could get articles 500+ words in length for an added fee. Google loves longer articles, and so do I!
Conclusion:
While I find the results reporting to be mediocre, I do find the content quality to be excellent and order handling service to be great as well.
This one I give a 'strong buy' rating and recommend it highly.
