New Lower Price, New Options, Same Local Ranking Power

Based off of feedback from customers like you, Hyper-Local Citations is now upgraded to serve you and your clients better:

  1. A new Citation Audit option where all of your previous citations are found and accounted for before any new work is completed. Handy if you know you've had work done but don't have the reports.
  2. Need unique descriptions written and rotated? We can do that now, too.
  3. A new lower price! Starting at just 99 cents a piece.

There's two types of people in this world:

People who work with Andrew Scherer
and
People who are broke.

Don't be broke - work with Andrew!

Looking forward to getting my full order back - I've seen a couple trickle through already and it looks like Andrew has put in some serious research into choosing the best citations for the business.

Will be using again, that's for sure.

these citations are SICK!

andrew does a great job and puts personal care into these.

really glad to have them in my arsenal

Received my report from Andrew the other day...
It was ahead of schedule and he over delivered.

I was really impressed with the detailed report and master list.

I've used several citation providers both on this fourm and other services - including hiring my own in house technician for the sole purpose of creating accounts.

Andrews service by far and large is the best experience I have ever had with citation building, and the price is just right.

These are not just a bunch of Manta/Merchant circle accounts being created - these are truly hyper-local, to your location and niche. All accounts are chock full of fields filled out and look great.

The report is good enough to whitelabel and hand directly to any clients.

If you are ranking local this should be the first step that you take in off-page SEO, period.

Thank you Andrew and you can be expecting many orders from me in 2013.

REVIEW

I got a review copy during Andrew's beta testing about a month ago and I was pleasantly surprised how much of an impact this had on my client's local listing. Initially the first week or so, the gains were minimal and I thought we wouldn't see much. I spent a lot of time prior to working with Andrew building listings manually myself.

Andrew was able to find a bunch of other listings I have never knew about, nor how to drop a listing on them.

Fast forward today, my client's main URL is showing up on the SERP 1st page, 3rd position. This was from around 80-90 position.

This is a fairly tough niche as well, where CPC bids are $20+ and the population of this city is 1 million+.

## A+++ WILL BUY AGAIN

I needed an edge over some local competitors of a client and decided to give Andrew The Great a go since he did an amazing job with all my previous Knowem accounts. Again, I can't say this enough, Andrew is one of the few BST providers I trust with my money sites and now my personal clients.

Speed: 5/5
Fast. Gave me an ETA of about 14 days, and he delivered it 7 days before the ETA. Enough said.

Delivery: 5/5
Smooth, I get goosebumps every time I'm about to open up my report.

Communication: 6/5
Guy is always around. Doesn't disappear, and answers all communication back promptly. You can try to trick him by using email, PM, and IM to see if you can catch him slipping - It's impossible to catch him off guard. He's on top of his game.

Price: 5/5
Beyond affordable. You can literally charge a local client 10x what he is charging you and get results for them. This service is a no brainer for anyone with a website.

Quality: 5/5
Excellent quality. He custom targets the results according to your location. First he finds the local citation services prominent in your targeted region, then attacks. Custom stuff, never seen this from any other BST provider.

Overall Review: 6/5
This is an amazing service from Andrew The Great. Local citations help with brand exposure, reputation management, and getting real customers/visitors from referring traffic. I'm using Andrew's service on all my new sites. Like I stated before, I am tremendously grateful to have tested and tried him out.

Andrew is the man, If he is selling it, you need to be buying it.

Could you explain how this works?

1) So when the price is calculated on your site for 40 citations, does that mean you do the research on the best to use AS WELL create the accounts/posts?
2) If so, do you send login details?
3) What if locally I know there won't be 40 sources? Do you do smaller packages?
4) In your sample report you have Top 50 in your city, and Best Competitor Citations how do you know which to choose from those two lists? Just best judgement or do you have a method?
5) I assume in a full report it would be the same as the sample but have a 4th page for links to the posts?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for all of the questions, I am happy to answer them.

1. Yes that is correct. The price includes creating the master list which includes researching what citations are best in your city as well as your niche.

2. Yes, you'll get everything. Login, password, e-mail details, and live link among other things. The report is very detailed and transparent.

3. For a typical USA business you're looking at around 200 citations total, sometimes more sometimes less. Each business gets a custom list built for it, so it can be varied.

A lot of folks prefer getting the major citations out of the way first if you haven't done them yet, Google sources much of their local data from the larger sites AFAIK.

4. We actually mesh all the citations from both of those lists, add any major ones that might be missing, and remove duplicates.

5. You will get live links, they come in the report.

For a SAB can citations be build 1st without having a WEBSITE yet ?

Can citations be made using a HOME ADDRESS ?

Can you hide the address on MOST of these CITATIONS ? if so Id like that

Thanks for the questions.

1. I think for some you can but I wouldn't recommend it.

2. Yes, certainly.

3. No, that would defeat the purpose of doing the citations if you wanted to exclude the address. Consistency of the NAP (name, address, phone) is a strong factor for local ranking.
