Can anyone point me to offshore [NL/RU] windows vps hosting that's halfway responsive in terms of support/filling orders?
Xsserver is good for their little $35/month servers I can buy by the dozen, but their response times have gotten worse and worse. I bought servers 2 days ago and have yet to get a response to a ticket this time around.
Typical server type that'll do:
1 gig ram, anywhere from 30-100 gigs in disk space [doesnt matter much], and unmetered data transfer.
