Before it even launched, they just announced on EF (thanks to a WF member for pointing it out) that they have decided not to launch the show, due to so much criticism, haha!

Note how you speak so highly of EF but you still come here to advertise your hosting services (which was flagged as spam and deleted). I also love that you bash us, yet you read all of the best threads on arbitrage and marketing.. We monitor everything here.

If you can't play nice, then leave. No one is forcing you to stay here. If you'd really like, I can IP ban you to help in your efforts of never coming back here again, and instead you can learn as much as possible from EF instead to go do whatever it is you plan on doing with your career.

Thats because most of them don't know what else to do than follow there fucked up 30 day hand holding schedule that paid way too much for.

The purpose of this place is for webmasters to kick back and be themselves, and share information to better the community too. WF has also built up it's own sense of humor that most of us have and share. That whole, sarcastic/morbid humor, poking fun at people/things, etc. Guys/girls here swear up and down because it's just part of who they are and how they act.

I've said this before, and here it is again.. WickedFire has no competition. We are different from all of the others out there and in a league of our own. Sure, you can take that line and poke fun at it, but negative press is good press nonetheless. The only reason people here and outside of this forum compare WF to say DP, SPF or EF is because there are so few good forums out there now, and let's face it, we were all big fans and members of DP, SPF and WMW at one point, but now we call this place home.

So overall, the goal of this place is to keep it fun, educational, and most important of all, to not let it become queer like all of the others have over the years.

You can never stop that, unless you stop registrations.

But yeah, I got an email from them and a full refund, the time I spent browsing there forums could of been better spent oh well.

I dunno, this is the first mainstream forum to allow flaming of other members and cursing and stuff. It is very open compared to the others. Yeah this forum will start becoming bigger and more people will come on over with newbie questions but I think this forums attitude will help out in not turning it into the others.

Yah i agree when this forum started i swear Jon repeated like 100 times "we arent competing with earnersforum" blah blah.
But you gotta admit, EF Got Owned
 
This forum definatley rocks.. I dont spend much time on any other forums other than the BH evil forums. I tend to move the opposite direction of the herd and I get the vibe from this place that there are several people who move like I do around here too. It's refreshing to see in a internet world full of useless shit.
 
I'd never tie myself to any one forum as my one true home. That's just silly pants talk. And on a more serious note it just doesn't make good business sense.

Forum loyalty is for kids who follow around the most popular kid at school and join fraternities.

Either way in the long run and business wise this was a smart move on Lee's part IMO. I doubt the show would have been able to live up to all the pressure that had been put on it and the first paid show would have been picked apart.

1. Lee put all that pressure on himself, he kept saying how good it would be and everything. If he dumbed it down a little, maybe he could have lived up to tit.

2. The first show was picked apart, in the private forums. Not many people liked it at all :p
