What is a good way to start doing lead generation? Is there a certain site that offers a ton of good pay per lead programs? CPM or CPL? I really would like to get into leads but have no clue where to start

All networks have lots of lead gen offers. Test through a network and if you have success in a vertical, the doors open for more possibilities.
