Been out the online marketing game for a while so a bit rusty on who and what the main players are etc

I need to generate online leads for two companies.

The first needs people looking for high interest loans and who basically are debt ridden and need help with a debt management plan or IVA etc

The second needs details of people involved in road traffic accidents.

Both are UK based and need UK only customers

Not looking to run our own in house PPC and marketing campaigns so basically looking for the expertise of others to generate leads for us. Where is the best place to start?
 


Currently paying between $75-100 for hot IVA and debt management leads but we only get them at weekends as someone else has the contract for midweek

RTA leads similar although at present don't have an online lead source

Realistic budget?
 
Debt relief, in essence they are at the stage beyond pay day loans where they need to consolidate their debt into one monthly manageable payment rather than dealing with several creditors, and generally they have no chance of getting a consolidation loan but may be applying for them as a last ditch hope.
