When we set out to create a superior manual link building service in early 2010, our main goal was to use humans instead of machines for the inherent natural link flow that is created when people work on your project over weeks instead of hours or minutes.

So we raised prices while keeping our profit margins low, switched from weekly wages to a pay per performance model, so those with drive and motivation would have (to a scale) the same opportunities we have as western affiliate marketers, the opportunity to get paid for our hustle, our effort, instead of being a wage slave.
And you know what? It worked. For the most part. We culled a couple that didn't want to actually work, that were just there for the weekly nut.
The rest?
Life has never been better? They make more money, they're happier, they can buy things for their family they never could working for $100/week.

Now we want to scale it.
But we can't hire everybody...
