I need to outsource a landing page, based on one a competitor is using, but I'm a lil worried I might get unwanted competition that way...how do you guys minimize risk when outsourcing your landing pages?

I think a popular one is called Copyscape, but I've never used it, nor do I know if it's of any real use.

with c-site copyright u get federal protection. Makes it easier to sue if it is a big deal.

Well I also thought it can be a good idea to outsource landing pages, but how can you trust someone who is not affiliate to do it right? You need the mind of affiliate marketer to copywriter the page content...

as far as review pages go, u need a tone of a consumer. This can be done efficiently by a good copyrighter. And you can edit and tweak things to make it a soft presell.
