I worked at a walmart distribution center 5 yrs ago and one morning had the sharpest pain in my side all the way to work. When I parked the truck I had two dudes with me that used to carpool and I told them I felt sick.
Right then I threw up in the parking lot and started making my way inside. I just thought once I got warmed up and started working everything would be fine. By the time I crossed the parking lot I was hunched over barely walking. I got to the door and told one of them to come into the bathroom with me. By that time I was sweating pretty bad.
I shut the bathroom stall and the next thing I remember was waking up on a hospital bed with an IV in me. They said it was to break up the other stone so I could pass it. I passed two kidney stones that day and it hurt like a motherfucker.
The vicodin was awesome though.

I once brought a girl to the ER, she had a large kidney stone AND a burst ovarian cyst. 2 injections of pain relievers, and then 2 shots of morphine and the pain finally subsided after she bashed her forehead off the metal bar on the hospital bed to knock herself out. lol
-edit- another time back in high school, I drove home for lunch and found ambulances at my house and my mother was on the ground screaming at me that she was going to die. ... she had kidney stones as well.

ouch bro... been there about 5 times now and i'm 30! Stay away from the energy drinks (helps) and get some good meds from the doc!

A friend had said this works too.... Different combination's of boiled down lemons, ginger and honey will cure a lot of body ailments.
Off topic, but I felt I had a cold starting and boiled some lemon slices with shredded ginger for about 7min - strained in a tea pot - two days in a row- and things cleared right up.
Kidney stones are typically calcium or mineral deposits. Lemon Juice is high in acidic concentrate which can break down current deposits built up in your system. Another good way to keep your kidneys clean is just drinking one glass of cranberry juice daily as well.

That'd kill me, I already take a high dosage of medication to keep stomach acid down. (and yet I do stupid shit like drink carbonated beverages).
