Is there any tools which will show me where my site ranks for different terms?
I want something that I can look at over a period of time and see what improvements my SEO is having on my ranking.
I have tried one or two different tools but none of them seem very accurate.
Also, in regards to articles I think I have a feel for submissions and spinning but I am still unclear on what articles are best in terms of titles and keyword density.
Can anyone give me a rough rule of thumb for the following:
Keywords in title essential?
Keywords in the body of the content (how often should you have your keyword in there?)
Links to your url (again how many should you be aiming for)
Also should each article be centered around the one keyword?
Say for example you are trying to get ranked for "salmon fishing" but also trying to sell salmon fishing rods and salmon fishing accessories, should you be lacing your article with the other keywords or have one (or a number of articles) centered just around the keyword "salmon fishing" and another on "salmon fishing accessories" and so forth.
