Is there some kind of script I can use to keep track, online, of projects?
I.E. - I have an assistant I want to assign stuff to, and have been doing it via email, but half the time I forget what I've even put on her plate.
An interface where wach project could be listed, she and I could both posst updates, etc. would be handy.
Same for programmers.
Any ideas on how to organize this best?
