I'll be totally honest I've never heard of the forum. Just stumbled across it. Looking good though!

Couple of quick Q's:

As a newbie, what limitations do I have?

When can I send PMs?

If you read my reply already you WILL understand why I have asked the questions that I have asked.

NO WHERE that I have looked in the rules or stickies does it give any indication as to how many posts I am required to have before I am allowed to send PMs. It just says a necessary number of posts and then you will upgraded.
