First year or so it's just a cute little toddler that eats and shits, but when he realizes he's a separate entity that's when the fun starts.
Yesterday while walking with my son (1y10m) we had our first meaningful back-and-forth conversation and it felt amazing. It was a breakthrough. A lot of parents suffer when their kids' "I" is taking form because then they disobey and wreck stuff, but I enjoy it more than anything because I like to see the free spirit exploring his boundaries.
Anyways this is getting gay & emotional, - just want you to always remember he's a dude with balls and he needs to build, crush, fall and get up. Don't let the momma be overly protective when the time comes
