i ran a few thousand US clicks to an adult dating offer without a conversion. Was supposedly a high converting offer. I bought banner space on some pretty shitty sites though, the reps over there told me that the PPC ads tend to do a bit better.

can't say that i'm happy with the results, stats were slow as hell on anything more than 7 days old, sites aren't exactly top of the line

Pretty crappy IMO, I've tried to convert a shit load of traffic with different paysites, didn't converted all that well...
I suggest to stay away from it unless you are promoting your own paysite for a niche that's pretty unique, even that, good luck finding a website to promote it there...
